What we do
Six services, one crew. Hire us for the whole yard or just the part that's been bugging you — the plan and the price are fixed before we start.
We start with how you actually use the yard, then draw a plan that fits it — room for the kids, the grill, and the dog. Plants go in so the yard fills in within a season or two instead of looking bare for years. You see a fixed price before we ever break ground.
Paver patios, dry-stack stone walls, fire pits, and walkways built on a proper base so they don't heave or crack. We pick stone that stays cool underfoot in August and shrugs off Oregon's freeze and thaw. Built to still look right twenty years from now.
Smart drip and sprinkler systems that water deep where roots actually grow, then skip the days it rains. Most homeowners watch their summer water bill drop the first July. We zone it by plant type so nothing's drowned and nothing's left thirsty.
Mowing, edging, and feeding on a set schedule — handled by the same two-person crew every visit, so nothing slips through the cracks. We adjust through the season instead of running the same playbook in June and September. Your weekends stay yours.
Pruning, shaping, and health checks that keep trees strong and full instead of hacked back into knuckles every spring. We know which high-desert species sulk and which thrive, and we time the cuts so they heal clean and come back fuller.
A spring wake-up that gets beds and irrigation ready, and a fall cleanup that clears leaves, cuts back perennials, and tucks the yard in for winter. You skip the worst two weekends of yard work and start every season a step ahead.
How it works
We meet at your place, look at sun, slope, and soil, and listen to what's been bugging you about the yard.
You get a clear plan and a fixed price up front. No guessing, no change orders halfway through.
Our own crew does the install start to finish. Most yards take one to three weeks, and we clean up daily.
Optional care plans keep it sharp through every season — so it actually looks better every year.
Good questions
Most residential yards take one to three weeks from the day we break ground, depending on size and how much hardscape is involved. A patio with a planting refresh might be a week; a full backyard with walls, irrigation, and a new lawn runs closer to three. You get a firm timeline with your estimate, and we clean the site at the end of every day.
Yes. Most homeowners we install for stay on a seasonal or monthly care plan, and the same crew that built the yard keeps it up — they already know every valve, line, and plant on the property. Plans start at $140/mo, and you can pause or cancel any time.
Everything within about 20 miles of Bend — that covers Redmond, Sisters, Tumalo, and Sunriver. If you're a little outside that radius, call us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do right by you.
Yes — licensed, bonded, and insured with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. We're happy to send proof of insurance and our license number before any work starts, and every person on your property works for us, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
We walk the property, talk through what you want, and send back a written plan with a fixed price — no hourly surprises and no change orders halfway through unless you ask for something new. Estimates are free, and the number we quote is the number you pay.
